After a year of study under a master French pâtissier, Miette is happy to announce that our pâte à choux are ready for prime time!

Clients who plan parties at Miette often ask for an additional dessert. We are pleased to offer a selection of delicious and elegant choux which can be prepared in advance for cooking parties or corporate team-building events. These delicious choux can be served alongside the dessert your guests are preparing.

All our choux are prepared with premium ingredients. We bake with Irish butter, and Callebaut 72% dark or 60% semi-sweet chocolate.

Choux are sold by the dozen, with up to 3 flavors per dozen.

Please place your order at least 5 days in advance of your event.  Choux orders can be served as part of an event at Miette, delivered free below 96th Street in Manhattan, or picked up at 132 Mulberry St at a convenient time.
