Private Parties, Team-building and Corporate Events
Located in the heart of Little Italy, our Mulberry Street space is an 1800 sq. ft loft, with exposed brick walls, open chef’s kitchen, rustic wood tables, two bathrooms, and a landscaped outdoor terrace. Cooking parties and corporate events with up to 30 people, seated, can be accommodated here. We have hosted memorable engagement parties, birthdays, anniversaries, holiday gatherings, business meetings, and even a few wedding proposals (hint: the ring was hidden in the soufflé).
People with all levels of cooking experience enjoy a hands-on cooking party: the more practiced home chef picks up new ideas while the beginner gains confidence. Participants expand skills and knowledge in the kitchen as they socialize and create a memorable lunch or dinner together. This is followed by a wonderful meal in a beautifully appointed private space. It’s a festive way to engage your guests, and it’s fun!
Bringing colleagues together to communicate, collaborate, and create a meal together is an ideal way for team members to connect outside the office and find common ground. They can get to know each other while having a great time and sharing the meal that they have made together.
Pricing
1-3 people: $800 flat fee
4-8 people: $200 per person
9-28 people: $150 per person

We have organized our menu selections into appetizers, main course, and desserts. Choose one option from each in order to create your own, customized cooking party or team-building menu. We are not licensed to sell alcohol, but we can recommend a great local wine store that delivers.
Appetizers:
Radicchio salad with Manchego vinaigrette
Butternut squash and green apple soup
Gougères (flaky cheese pastry puffs)
Caesar salad with homemade croutons
Wilted kale or spinach salad with apples, almonds, and dates with lemon vinaigrette
Tomato cucumber panzanella salad with brined dill iceberg lettuce
Goat cheese salad with crispy romaine, tomatoes, walnuts, and scallions, classic French vinaigrette
Arepas with salsa verde (add $30 for shrimp for 1- 10 people)
Main Course Dishes:
Moroccan chicken with preserved lemons, green olives and vegetable couscous
Homemade potato gnocchi with arrabiata sauce (vegetarian) and meatballs
Butternut squash risotto (can be made vegetarian) with baked chicken breast, sage and garlic butter sauce
Roasted Cornish hens with garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed kale
Skirt steak with a tangy mustard sauce, broccoli and potatoes (add $10 per person)
Salmon, chicken, or tofu papilotte (baked in parchment) with seasonal vegetables, lentils, and quinoa (can be vegan)
Roasted salmon with black olive spread crust, classic French ratatouille and fresh green herb sauce
Desserts:
Warm chocolate lava cake with homemade vanilla ice cream
Classic profiteroles with homemade vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce
Raspberry soufflé
Roasted pears with honey, ginger and apple cider, homemade vanilla ice cream
Strawberry basil or seasonal fruit sorbet
Apple upside down cake with homemade vanilla ice cream
Chunky apple cake with homemade cinnamon ice cream
Food & Wine Pairing Parties
Enjoy a food and wine pairing event with wines that complement the dinner that you and your guests have made. While you enjoy your meal, a professional sommelier, who has selected wines based on your menu, leads the food and wine pairing part of the evening. You’ll learn about the grapes, wine growing regions, characteristics of the wines, and why they resonate with the food you have prepared. Additional fees apply.
