GARLIC MASHED POTATOES
(Makes 8 servings)
Ingredients
5 potatoes
1/3 cup milk
1 oz. butter
½ cup heavy cream
dash ground nutmeg
salt & pepper
to taste
8 cloves roasted
garlic
Procedure
1. Peel
and cut potatoes into ½ inch cubes. Cook
in salted water for 15 minutes (or until tender).
2. Bring
milk and roasted garlic to boil.
3. Mash
the potatoes and mix with milk, butter and nutmeg and mashed garlic
